JOB PURPOSE:
You will proactively facilitate, coordinate and manage various products and projects for Sofizar. You will be responsible for conceiving, designing and nurturing the products through the entire life cycle of the product. You will lead a team of professionals who have diverse specialties and you will lead the project from the start to the finish line. You will be assigned to new products as soon as your existing assignment comes to an end. You will get a chance to work on multiple new and challenging ideas and see them grow from scraps of papers to profit making machines.

JOB RESULTS:
1. Plan and execute product life cycles
2. Actively brainstorm and create hurricanes of ideas.
3. Cultivate a culture of openness where your team generates implementable ideas.
4. Form teams on the fly for new products as they emerge.
5. Engage with all the departments at Sofizar to make sure that the requirements for the products are clearly understood.
6. Design and set up pilot programs to verify new ideas.

SKILL SET REQUIRED:
1. Must have a minimum of 2 years of project management experience
2. Thorough knowledge of project management techniques
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
4. Software development background will be an added plus
5. Must be able to work in a dynamically challenging, rapidly changing environment.
6. Must be able to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
7. Must be able to lead the team under an excruciatingly tough work environment.
8. Must deliver on commitments.

REPORTS TO: Product Manager
LOCATION: Lahore, Pakistan
TRAVELLING: None

JOB PURPOSE:
You will proactively facilitate, coordinate and assist the management of products that are assigned to the team in accordance with the organization’s strategy and vision. You will be responsible for the designing and carrying out experiments to test out ideas for improving ROI of products. You will also be assisting the product manager in financial modeling and traffic simulations as and when required.

JOB RESULTS:
1. Research and analyze market trends to identify new avenues of profitable revenue generation.
2. Set up procedures for a majority of the tasks so that they can be automated.
3. Regularly engage with the software development team to define and design the automation of manual tasks.
4. Design and set up experiments to verify new ideas.
5. Design, test and present financial/traffic model to the team.

SKILL SET REQUIRED:
1. Through knowledge of statistical market research techniques
2. Proficiency in data analysis tools preferably Microsoft Excel and SPSS
3. Software development background will be an added plus
4. Must be able to work in a dynamically challenging, rapidly changing environment
